Yesterday was a good day. I was a bit nervous as the day went on, after not seeing Darci in over two years. I walked into the funeral home, and her mom saw me right away. Dawn came up to me, gave me a hug and kiss, and asked if Darci knew I was there. As soon as Darc heard her name, she looked over and saw me, and said "I was going to call you!" And we both started crying and we hugged for like 5 minutes! It was so nice to catch up with her! I'm going back this afternoon, but not for the funeral. I couldn't get any more time off without messing everything up down the line.
