I just got done applying for a job still at the hospital, but in the inpatient pharmacy department. It a full-time afternoon position, with the potential to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. So now I just have to decided if that is truly something I want to do. I haven't worked a weekend in like 8 years! It's also going to depend on what the pay scale is. I can't go backwards.
What's the worse that can happen, they tell me "No."
